Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. She began her career with supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt, she was Willa McPherson in the role of a reporter. She also appeared in as a support character on the short-lived show The Ex List. In FX's first season of American Horror Story, she starred as Moira O'Hara's young character. She was later Kaylee in the third season. She played Jessie Anderson's character on the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie was her role in NBC's This Is Us. She is also the voice of various characters in the animated comedy series Family Guy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe as a character in Netflix's show Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old at which point her mom and she moved to California [1and a half years ago] where they lived for a year before setting up in Mill Valley. Breckenridge started to become interested in singing, acting, and photography when she was 13. When she was 15, she moved with her mom back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
